Highlights
Heavy weather held down retail sales in the Feb. 17 week, according to ICSC-UBS's same-store index which fell 0.1 percent week-on-week to a year-on-year pace of 3.5 percent. The 3.5 percent pace, down from 3.9 percent in the prior week, is the second lowest for this index so far this year. Redbook, whose tally has been showing a slower rate of growth, will post its results later this morning.
