Highlights
Store sales dipped back in the Feb. 10 week as cold weather curbed demand for spring merchandise, according to ICSC-UBS's tally that shows a 0.8 percent week-on-week decline at a 3.9 percent year-on-year pace. The year-on-year pace is down 4 tenths from the prior week. January retail sales data from the Commerce Department will be released tomorrow.
