Highlights
Retail sales bounced up in the Oct. 29 week according to ICSC-UBS's tally of chain stores, which rose 0.4% week-on-week and jumped 8 tenths year-on-year to 4.4%. The report said cool weather, Halloween and lower gas prices helped sales. Next up is Redbook followed on Thursday by chain-store reports.
